There are 3 things that matter in order to enjoy the best advantages from your happy hour planning.
1 – Location: Acclimating yourself to where the happy hour is and the best way to get there is important. Some are really easy if it’s in the hotel you’re already at. (*Bonus tip, it’s easy to visit the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian/Palazzo Hotels and there are plenty of food and drink specials right there.)
2 – Timing: Every venue has different hours for their happy hour specials. Be sure to pay attention and plan carefully so you don’t miss it.
3 – Selection: Take advantage of the small bites and smaller prices on things you might not have otherwise enjoyed.

Sunday to Thursday| 5 PM to 7 PM
Jaleo is a Spanish restaurant located in the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas. It is known for serving up traditional Spanish cuisine, including tapas, paella, and a wide selection of wines and cocktails.
During Sangria Hour, you can choose from a variety of small plates, including patatas bravas, and croquetas de pollo, all at discounted prices. Try the Coca escalivada y anchoa which is a crispy Catalan-style bread with roasted peppers, eggplant, onions, and Spanish anchovies.
The specialty hour includes a drink menu of Spanish Bramble, beer, wine, or sangria. Sangria de cava is a sparkling wine sangria and there’s also Clara which is a beer with house-made lemonade.
