Once a master-planned community founded by the Walt Disney Company, Celebration, Florida is a picturesque American small town in the Disney World’s “backyard”. Celebration is conveniently located between Highway 192 and interstate 4 near Walt Disney World. The tree-lined streets especially come alive during the holidays with beautiful light displays and decorations. While you can take a self-guided tour or a horse drawn carriage any time, there’s so much more to enjoy during the Fall to Winter Holiday Season.

The Lights on Jeater Bend have become a special attraction for locals and visitors. This free celebration of lights is hosted by the neighbors of Jeater Bend. They synchronize a nightly light show with special effects, music, and dancing lights just for the fun of sharing joy. If you missed the Halloween lights, don’t worry, the Holiday Lights are coming. The 2020 season begins November 26th and will run until December 31st, from 6PM to 9:30PM.
The best way to enjoy it is to park on celebration Ave. and stroll up and down Jeater Bend Drive. Take a moment to absorb every small detail and bring your own cocoa, the kids will love it. They’ll even have a chance to walk through a little “snow”, in Florida. If you’d like to donate, they ask that you support the homeless and the hungry of the area through the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
