Cancellations & Returns
Billing Terms & Conditions:
Definitions:
Seller is the website owner, the person to whom the order for a purchase has been given.
Buyer is the person or organization placing the order.
Payment
All payments are due at completion of order. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, then the order will not be placed, and no items will be shipped.
Payment Methods accepted:
- Amazon payments via login.
- Credit cards via Stripe ( Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, Diner’s Club, JCB (Japan Credit Bureau)
Cancellation:
Once production has begun of your made to order item, cancellation, modifications, store credit, or refunds cannot be accepted. To initiate a cancellation, please email [email protected] within 1 hour of ordering. Cancellation is not guaranteed.
Refunds:
Refunds and Exchanges are only applicable to products that are defective (during manufacturing) or damaged (during shipping).
These items must be reported within 14 days of receipt to [email protected]
Upon approval and at our option, we will issue a refund less shipping and handling fees or send a replacement item to you at our expense. We may require, at our option, that the defective, damaged, or deformed item to be returned.
Products that are in new condition may, at our option, and less shipping and handling fees, be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value, or refunded.
There are certain situations where no store credit, exchange or refunds or only partial store credit, exchange value or refunds are granted (unless required by applicable law); these include:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery;
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, be advised that depending on the method of payment you used, and the bank you use, refunds can take 5 to 7 business days to credit back to you.
If more than 7 business days have passed since you received a refund confirmation email from us, contact your financial institution for more information.
Returns:
All items are made to order and printed just for you. For this reason, returns are only accepted on defective items.
If you find an item has a defect or has not met our usual quality standards, please contact at [email protected] with a picture of the item, your order number, and describe the issue.
Once a return is approved, the item must be received in unused (new) condition in original packaging.
This must be done within 30 days of receiving the item in order to be issued a refund or exchange.
